NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-028248-J , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC., is Plaintiff, and ENEIDA E. DENIZ and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, BUCKHORN PRESERVE - PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 44, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
