NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-008786-K, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JERELL M. BLENMAN, BANK OF AMERICA N.A., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 53, Block D, Boyette Creek Phase 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 3 through 10, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
