and commonly known as: 2339W BEACH ST, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
