NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. v of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM F DENTINGER, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of November, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 16, WESTCHASE SECTION 307, according of the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 37, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
