NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-007878 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Joseph M. Perez; Desiree A. Perez; Unknown Tenant(s); Carrollwood Civic Association, Inc.; Allan C. Watkins, Bankruptcy Attorney (Courtesy Copy); and The Palm Bank, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 13, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 7, Carrollwood Subdivision, Unit No. 13, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page(s) 42, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
