NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-015059 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, JOSE ALMONTE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4TH day of December 2012, the following described property:
THE NORTH 13 FEET OF LOT 41 AND ALL OF LOT 42, IN BLOCK 5, PLANDOME HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF CLOSED ALLEY, ABUTTING THEREON
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
