NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 26695 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL2, is the Plaintiff and Ann R. Johnson a/k/a Ann Wilson, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank, Oliphant Financial Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00PM on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 192, OF PALM RIVER VILLAGE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
