NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012689 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Gerald T. Koedel, Jr. A/K/A Gerald T. Koedel , Bank of America, National Association , Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association, Inc. , Tina L. Koedel , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
