Thompson, III, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
