Unit number 207, Building 1, Carrollwood Place, a Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 9, and amendment to said Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, page 50; and any and all amendments thereto, all inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4003, page 943; together with amendments recorded in O.R. Book 4092, page 1528; O.R. Book 4123, page 149, and any amendments thereto, all inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
