YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WYNDHAM LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 25, Block 5, Wyndham Lakes Subdivision Phase One, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 19710 Wyndmill Circle, Odessa, Florida, 33556.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
