NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020271 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Thomas, Tammy M. Thomas, Bay Gulf Federal Credit Union, Buckhorn Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
