NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-002042 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Beatriz E. Zapata a/k/a Beatriz Zapata, Marcos M. Zapata, Tenant #1 n/k/a Velma Valverte, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT BEGINNING 170 FEET NORTH AND 25 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN NORTH 137.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 95 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 137.5 FEET AND WEST 95 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
