Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 37.5 FEET OF LOT 29 AND ALL OF LOT 30, BLOCK 15, HAMPTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 129; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1230 East Mohawk Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33604, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 29, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
