NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-CA-012990 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006 FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Richard Medina; Eirisse A. Mororo; Windsor Place Property Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 23, WINDSOR PLACE AT CITRUS PARK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
