Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 9, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot “B”, CAUSEWAY PLAZA CENTRE, according to the map or plat thereof in Plat Book 99, Page 169 and 170, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 30, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
