NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. , 12-CC-002820 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID C. FAGO, JR. and CAROLE MURPHY FAGO, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 30, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 63, Block C, CANTERBURY VILLAGE FIRST ADDITION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 26 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
