NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 08, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-016373 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JAMES VARGHESE, SHERLY VARGHESE, BANK OF AMERICA NA, HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 39, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
