Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property located in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
H-201, UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS VI, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 7, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4392, Pages 608 through 683, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2012.
