Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 08-CA-020277, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ANDREA A. BEGIN AT THE SOUTHERLYMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 49, THENCE NORTH 68 DEGREES 37` 30” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 93.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 19 DEGREES 58`48” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 57.84 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 66 DEGREES 27`48” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 96.01 FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 960.50 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 03 DEGREES 14` 05”; THENCE ON THE ARC OF SAID CURVE A DISTANCE OF 54.23 FEET, SAID ARE SUBTENDED BY A CHORD WHICH BEARS SOUTH 22 DEGREES 59` 35” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 54.22 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
