NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-026398 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank, N.A as trustee for the holders of Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-AR2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Ira Paul Perkel, Gudalupe Perkel, Bank of America. N.A, John Doe n/k/a John Williams, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 2nd day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
