NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of October, 2012, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 10-CA-024208, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, on January 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth is said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 77 OF TAMPA SHORES, UNIT NO 7 AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43 ON PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
