NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-015602, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MILTON FREEDELL SMITH, JOHN DOE N/K/A SEAN SMITH; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00a.m. on the 3RD day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in SAID Final Judgment, to wit:
