NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010690, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-3 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and JORDAN MUTCHERSON, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORDAN MUTCHERSON, JR. N/K/A VERA CARITHERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4 AND NORTH 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING THERON, BUFFALO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 92 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
