NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-031757 Div K, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is Plaintiff and ALFRED D. SMITH; RENEA N. SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 27, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
