NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026077, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DALT 2007-AR3 is Plaintiff and EVERARDO GERMAN PRIETO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVERARDO G. PRIETO; DONNA PRIETO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT # 1; TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 16, OF OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE(S) 9 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
