NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008243 DIV K, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-23CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-23CB is Plaintiff and TERESA L. IVEY and; ALBERTO ARANDA, his wife; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK 79, FISHHAWK RANCH, PHASE 2, PARCEL DD-IB/DD-2/EE-2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 91 THROUGH 104, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
