NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-007695, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and KATHERINE TYLER A/K/A KATHERINE W. TYLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHERINE TYLER A/K/A KATHERINE W. TYLER; ERIC TYLER; GINA TYLER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; SOUTHSHORE FALLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIFTH THIRD BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 28, SOUTHSHORE FALLS PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 171 THROUGH 188, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
