ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-19CB,MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-19CB is Plaintiff and GLENN A. GORDON; JACQUELINE B GORDON; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELCETRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. LOT 12, LESS THE WESTERLY 10.0 FEET THEREOF, PURITY SPRINGS, NO. 3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID WERSTERLY 10.0 FEET EXCLUDED ABOVE BEING THAT PART OF SAID LOT LYING WESTERLY OF A STRAIGHT LINE DRAWN 10.0 FEET EASTERLY OF AND PARALLEL TO THE LINE DIVIDING LOTS 12 AND 13.
