NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030418, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and HAROLD E. HILLMON; DAVID DACUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID DACUS IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD HILLMON; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 6, OAK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
