NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-031104, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and DUSTIN BORDNER; MARIA WATERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 57, SUN CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2006 GENERAL MANUFACTURED HOME, I.D. NOS. GMHGA40533638A/B
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
