NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-024267 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 1st day of November, 2012, at: 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10 IN BLOCK 16 OF SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA`S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA,UNIT NUMBER 1 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 22 - 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
