NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered October 8, 2012, in Case Number 12-001500 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 72202, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 11, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 664, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 758, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 762 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 13 THROUGH 15, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS. (the “Property”).
Together with all and singular rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging or in any way incident or appertaining thereto; all improvements now situated thereon; and all fixtures now attached thereto (all of the same being deemed part of the Property and included in any reference thereto).
Together with all rents and profits arising from the Property.
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale on the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
