LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 9, GROVE CITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE SOUTH 17 FEET OF LOT 23, GROVE CITY TERRACE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDED OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on November 16, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
