Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002962 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Sue McKenzie and Tom Harlow are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on November 15, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT #192, OF PALM SHORES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 21A THROUGH 21C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN GOVERNMENT LOT #4, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
