and commonly known as: 30540 Oil Well Road, Punta Gorda, Florida 33909, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 3, 2013, at 1:00 A.M.
