NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on June 12, 2009 in Civil Case No.:07-CA-15494, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR the structured asset investment loan trust, 2006-bnc2 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOBELL LATTRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOBELL LATTRAY; JOHN DOE 1 NKA LELIANA CHANG; JANE DOE 1 NKA YOLANDA FUENTES; JOHN DOE 2 NKA IVAN LATTRAY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on November 15, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 28, LEHIGH ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT NO. 2, SECTION 31 TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE (S) 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
