THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and JANET SUE REINBOTT; DONALD J. REINBOTT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAMELOT GARDENS CONDOMMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. . UNIT NO. 107, CAMELOT GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2204, PAGE 3914, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
