Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
TRACT 5 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS FOREST VILLAGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 34.
and commonly known as: 10032 FOREST RIVER LANE , FORT MYERS, FL 33908; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: on November 15, 2012 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
