LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 3287, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3424 SW 11TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: on November 15, 2012 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
