NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 12, 2012, in Case No. 12-CA-51246 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff, and Rosanna Gambacorta, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4A1 of SEA ISLES, A Condominium, (formerly known as UNIT NO. 4A OF SEA ISLES Condominium, PHASE 1) according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in Official Record Book 2043, Page 1372, ET. SEQ., and as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; Together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
