NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 14, 2009, and entered in 09-ca-051013 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES P. DARNELL; JESSY M. DARNELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on November 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 2, block b, of that certain subdivision known as resubdivision of part of block 3, and all blocks 4 and 5, of coconut grove, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 9, page 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
