NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-51209 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10, is the Plaintiff and BONNIE JEAN CASEY A/K/A BONNIE J. CASEY A/K/A BONNIE JEAN GERL; DAVID CASEY A/K/A DAVID F. CASEY, JR.; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 1, block 66, unit 6, fort myers shores subdivision, plat book 17, pages 75 to 79 inclusive, t-43-s, r-26-e, lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
