NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-065814, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING ,LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CASSANDRA TAYLOR, A SIGNATURE ONLY BAIL BONDS, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CASSANDRA TAYLOR; CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 5130, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 80, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 140 THROUGH 159, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
