Dalgaard, Mark V. Dalgaard, Bank of America, N.A., Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club, Inc, Lee County, Florida, Terrace XII at Lakeside Greens Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 A.M. on the 19 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NUMBER 1213, OF TERRACE XII AT LAKESIDE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3439, PAGES 4719 THROUGH 4793 AND AS AMENDED AND SUBJECT TOT HE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION FOR HERITAGE PALMS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3037, PAGE 2929, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
