NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Amended Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-053708 DIV L of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a. successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is Plaintiff, and MARLENE L. BERMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK 260, UNIT 9, CAPR CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 7 TO 18, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
