NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-053595 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1316, Building 13571, of MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2006000193278, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
