Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of March, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-CA-069188 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and FRANK A. PAGLIUSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK A. PAGLIUSO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MANDOLIN BAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING A, OF MANDOLIN BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4486, PAGE 4344, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
