TRUST 2007-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE7 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM TASSOGLOY; ANGEL TASSOGLOY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; SAN CARLOS PARK CIVIL ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
