CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 180, BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14642, PAGE 1180, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14659, PAGE 581, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGE 21 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before November 26, 2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
